Senior UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) - 100% remote

Standort: Dortmund / 100% remote (Germany)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for UI/UX design of our products, aligning with customer needs
• Creation of user-centered, high-quality designs for web frontends and native apps that allow users to interact intuitively with our products
• Ensure feasibility and quality of frontends in close collaboration with our development teams
• With an eye for the big picture, you'll maintain the design language across our entire product range, aligning it with ebm-papst's corporate identity and values
• Develop the requirements needed for your work through conversations with relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Several years of demonstrable experience in creating top-notch designs
• Proficiency in the principles of interface design
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with international development teams spread across Dortmund, Mulfingen, and Chennai (India)
• Experience using common UX tools, preferably Adobe Xd or Figma
• Good self-organization and ability to work independently across the spectrum of mentioned tasks, including guiding colleagues (m/f/d)
• Excellent English skills and ideally German skills as well
