Assistant to Purchasing Vice President (m/f/d)

Subsidiary China (Shanghai)

The role:

• Get familiar with all purchasing relevant process, and identify the areas for further improvement and optimization according to the existing purchasing process.
  
• Establish and optimize the purchasing process to increase the efficiency.
  
• To ensure and monitor defined KPI of purchasing reached, report and analyse the objectives/targets that are finished or outstanding.
  
• Accomplish and analyse monthly or quarterly report of purchasing department, demonstrate report statement to spot the huge difference or potential risk.
  
• Support and participate the cooperation with global and APAC region purchasing team, accomplish the tasks assigned by Purchasing VP.
  
• Accomplish the various projects under the guidance of Purchasing Vice President

The Person:

• Study abroad in Germany, bachelor or above degree, business management or technical major in purchasing, logistics engineering, supply chain management, mechanical, electrical or equivalent.
  
• Internship experience in area purchasing in German company is preferred, with wiliness to return to China for work.
  
• Clear logic, excellent communication skill and negotiation skill, with commercial sense and project management ability.
  
• Result-driven, work efficient and be cooperative, can work under pressure, eager to learn, persuasive and diligent.
  
• Chinese native speaker, fluent English (both oral and written), German as working language;
